Phycomycin® SCP Algaecide/Cyanobacteriocide controls algae and cyanobacteria (blue-green algae). Also proven effective on green algae and diatoms.
Apply by broadcasting or mechanical spreader. Product rapidly dissociates to sodium carbonate and hydrogen peroxide molecules within minutes.
For use in: lakes, ponds and drinking water reservoirs; irrigation, drainage and conveyance ditches, canals, laterals; estuaries, bayous, lagoons; water gardens and water features; impounded water and waste water; and aquaculture.
Waters treated with this product may be used for swimming, fishing, further potable water treatment, livestock watering or irrigating turf, ornamental plants or crops after treatment.
This product is registered with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) in the following states. Registration status may be subject to change.
