After applying Cutrine Plus, how long do I have to wait before I can swim?
There are no restrictions for swimming, as long as the product is used according to the label instructions.

Is it safe for animals to drink from the water after using Cutrine Plus?
There are no restrictions for animals drinking from the treated water at the label rates.

How do I apply Cutrine Plus? Do I have to mix it with water?
The minimum recommended dilution rate is nine parts water, to one part chemical (9:1). This is approximately 12 ounces per gallon. For planktonic algae, the recommended dilution rate is 20:1. This is approximately 6 ounces per gallon. The purpose of diluting the water is not to reduce the potency of the chemical, but to ensure an even distribution of the product.

Is this product toxic to fish?
This product may be toxic to Koi, hybrid goldfish, and trout. If the carbonate hardness of the water exceeds 50ppm, then it may be used in water containing trout. To avoid problems resulting from oxygen depletion, only treat one third of the pond at a time, and wait 10 days in between treatments.

What is the shelf life of Cutrine-Plus?
The shelf life is approximately 5 years, if the product is stored properly. Do not allow it to freeze.

Is it safe to use the water from my pond to water my plants and lawn after treatment with Cutrine-Plus?
There are no irrigation restrictions if the product is used in accordance with the label.

Will Cutrine-Plus work against duckweed or watermeal?
Cutrine-Plus, by itself, will not kill duckweed or watermeal. It can be used in conjunction with Weedtrine-D to increase the effectiveness of the treatment.
